In my apartment my heat is free, but the windows go like || rather than == (they open sideways) so I cant put an AC in my window, which is terrible when it gets like 90-100+

Extra credit class, build me a computer. Mess up and you fail.

Ya that would suck for the winter. I have a window air conditioner. It does alright but isn't great at heating all my rooms. Wish I had put it in my bedroom instead of my living room. Oh well. That is what fans are for right?

lol I actually got get a good computer that way. There are some kids who could do it.

Ya, it has been nice. Though it is supposed to get warm today. 82... Yesterday was 78 so it wasn't too bad. 80's are starting to push it though.

yeah the a/c has been on a lot

...and with all that rain we had the stupid ants have been parading thru our condo

....well, that usually happens during the spring, so its nothing new...they get squished if they get seen so they usually dont come back (I think the ones we have got lost

).
spring is bug season...havent seen the caterpillars though---they usually move thru when it gets hot outside.....

had fettuccine for dinner (with a mock alfredo sauce...the cheese just didnt melt quite right--but thats what I get for using goats milk mozzarella)...

Turned my a/c on when I got home. Got it to cool down the apartment pretty well. I think I found the magic spot to put my fan so that it cools my bedroom as well!

i can throw both doors open, which my dog likes, its about 71 in the house and 75 outside, pretty good weather for spending 12hours a day starring at a computer screen

I have my sliding doors onto the balcony--which seem to let in the bugs as well as some air--sometimes....mostly just bugs (those ants I mentioned

) since I have no other door to open on the other side of the building I get no cross ventilation--so usually only my kitchen will get a wee bit cooler.

I have to leave my bedroom door open to get cross ventilation going. But it works pretty well sometimes.

I just sleep with a fan at the base of my bed. Keeps my feet nice and cool.
